I often find some of the cases fascinating and there is much to be learned from each case the Court hands down. This is by no means a summary of every case, but cases that have caught my eye.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As an estate litigator, it also helps me keep on top of any changes to the law, and hone strategies to help my clients.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you want to see me blog on a particular case, please feel free to send me suggestions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Me<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In 2024 I was called to the Bar.<\/p>\n<p>Before that, I was a solicitor and achieved the status of Accredited Specialist in Wills &amp; Estates Law in 2019.
